Dr Sandra Morell, BSc, MBBS, FRACGP, M.Med. (Psychotherapy), GP
Available Monday, Tuesday & Thursday full days
Available Wednesday, Friday (occasionally) and Saturday mornings
Dr Morell is committed to providing consistent medical care that meets the needs of individuals and families. Dr Morell has a broad range of special interests enabling her to provide care for patients from all walks of life and for a wide range of medical conditions. She has worked in the Hills District since 2004.
Dr Eulalie Baptist, MBBS - Available Wednesday & Friday afternoons
Dr Baptist has worked in general practice with her husband at their Westmead surgery for approximately 40 years. Since 2013, Dr Baptist has worked part time at Lomond Crescent Medical Practice as a vocationally registered GP. She has a broad range of special interests including women’s health, palliative care, diabetes, nutrition and obesity. She remains passionate about general practice and keeps UTD with changes in medicine.
Dr P Lingathas, General Surgeon, MBBS (Hons), MS FRCS (Edin), FRACS
Available alternate Friday mornings
Dr Lingathas is a surgeon who specializes in minor surgeries including skin lesions and cancers, lipoma, skin lumps, sebaceous cysts, ear lobe repairs, ingrown toenails, trigger finger, mucous cysts, and varicose veins (sclerotherapy). He operates in a private hospital for procedures such gastroscopy, abdominoplasty, hernias etc. Dr Lingathas is available on Fridays only.
Dr Tahsin Ali, Registrar, MBBS, Victoria
Available Monday, Tuesday, 2nd Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Dr Ali is a local university graduate, having completed his MBBS in Monash University. He has worked as a rehabilitation registrar in the Blue Mountains. In his role as a Rehabilitation Registrar, he developed a holistic approach to patient management involving other allied health and patient's social support and coping skills. This includes family structures, financial situations, community services including other issues. The emphasis is in using a multidisciplinary approach in treatment and management of the patient. He is keen to support patients with chronic illnesses to develop their skills to live independently in the community. Dr Ali lives lives in Western Sydney and is committed to care to patients from diverse multicultural backgrounds. He is also keen to gain further skills as a clinician.
Dr Leida Quedding MD, Western Australia
Available Monday, Thursday Alternate Friday and Saturday
Dr Leida Queddeng was previously an engineer and gained overseas experience in this area. She changed her career path and entered medical training in Western Australia. She is keen to develop her skills that will assist her to become an independent GP. She is motivated in self-directed learning. She is aware of the importance of mental health issues because it has a critical role in producing a successful outcome in the care of an unwell patient. Her areas of interest include office procedures, paediatrics, antenatal care and women's health.

Our nurse is dedicated to serving the community fulfilling a range of clinical needs including: blood tests and other pathology collections, childhood immunisations, travel vaccinations, wound care and health assessments.
Our Allied Health Team
Mr Ben Mifsud
Ben’s role as a podiatrist includes the provision of preventative care, diagnosis and treatment of a range of problems affecting the feet, ankles and lower legs. This can include infections, defects and injuries, as well as foot and nail conditions related to other major health disorders such as diabetes. He is available on Tuesday mornings fortnightly. He is gentle in his approach toward patients.
Mrs Pearl Fernandes
Pearl is a registered Psychologist who has experience in counselling individuals. She allows clients to develop their own strengths and skills so that they can manage their mental health issues. Her role is crucial in assisting clients to find their own ways to cope with their problems. By using an open ended listening approach, Pearl has a been instrumental in promoting healthy behaviors in her clients, such as reducing negative thoughts or attitudes, thus preventing diseases and improving their quality of life. Clients learn to develop communication skills that are important in their relationships. Pearl has a lovely manner and is non judgmental. She is committed in creating positive and long lasting change in order to make a difference in people's lives.
