Updated advice

The Coronavirus infection is a highly contagious pandemic with poor outcomes for vulnerable persons.

It is transmitted from person to person, especially if they have had close or casual contact within 14 days before the onset of illness, or after contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19. There are also concerns about asymptomatic transmission.

If you have any flu like symptoms including fever, headache, cough, sore throat, SOB, loss of smell or taste, it is important you seek medical advice early.

You are advised to get tested for COVID 19, if you have any symptoms and stay home while you are waiting for your test results.

Please contact us by phone prior to making a booking or visiting this practice.
Please advise us at the time of booking if you have been in an area identified as a COVID 19 hotspot in the last 2 weeks or if you have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID 19.

Patients attending a face to face consult must use a mask inside this practice.
No mask no service!

Private influenza vaccinations are available at a cost of $20.00. Funded Government vaccines are now available for eligible patients.  The vaccines are free for everyone during the month of June only. Priority will be given to regular patients of this practice. It is safe to co-administer the influenza vaccine and COVID 19 vaccination together in all individuals aged 16 year and older.

Thank you for your co-operation.

If you require prescriptions or medical advice, please make a telehealth appointment.

Simple measures to reduce COVID-19 transmission include
-hand washing,
-covering your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough/sneeze, or cough/sneeze into your sleeve or elbow. Hence, the use of masks is mandatory when you are in the surgery.
-masks are mandatory at this practice.
-Social distancing is also important in order to reduce the risk of transmission. You are also advised to use a surgical mask  when you are in the same room with other people.

-Please take extra care if you're around vulnerable people.
